Glenn Gagnon

Glenn is a graduate of Texas A&M University, class of 1993.  He majored in Health & Kinesiology and while attending school was a member of the Texas A&M Powerlifting Team and the Texas A&M Weightlifting Club. 
Glenn has over 27 years of training experience. He is dedicated to maximizing and motivating clients to their full potential by designing individualized programs that improve technical skills while teaching clients to exercise safely through adherence to proper form and having a shared accountability for success.  Glenn will challenge individuals to make sure they achieve their fitness goals.  He is also a huge sports enthusiast who adheres to a healthy lifestyle that can be passed on to clients to help them reach their overall total wellness.

Glenn is currently a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and has a level 1 certification from the renowned Titleist Performance Institute.  He has also been voted the Best Personal Trainer in Fort Bend County three times by The Fort Bend County Sun Reader's Choice Awards.
